Katu is an Edinburgh maker of handmade alfajores from an Argentine recipe: a soft biscuit, a generous layer of dulce de leche, and a finish of coconut or chocolate.

We bake around the orders that come in and post across the UK, dispatching early in the week so nothing waits in a depot over the weekend.
